Recipe: Winter Blend

Ingredients:

• 1GAL Motts apple juice with ascorbic acid
• Red Star Premier Blanc Champagne Yeast

Addition:

• 2 cups of water
• 4 cinnamon sticks
• 2 tsp nutmeg
• 1/2 oz oak

Lessons Learned:

• Adding malic acid causes the cider to bubble up
• Tastes good, maybe a little more acidity next time
