Ingredients:
Additions (Boiled):
- 4 cups of water
- 20 cinnamon sticks
- 10 tsp nutmeg
- 2 1/2 oz oak
- 5 tsp malic acid
Lessons Learned:
- 5 gallons isn’t so bad
- I need more bottles (or to drink faster to keep it up)
